- added note where crash was, no changes

- added new slic messages (all languages)

graphics/pictures/upc.tgas
- restored original flags because Fromafar felt the colors were too hard to spot
- modified civ flags to be below the colored heralds (visible only when enabled in userprofile.txt)

default/gamedata/script.slc
- added three more slic messages
